You might ask them if they’ll ship where you are. They do ship Internationally. If that won’t work for you come back and let me know. There are other ways for people in some countries to order from American businesses.
I have seen several companies that allow you to order and ship your purchases to their address and then they group everything for a particular country, ship in bulk and then get your purchases directly to you that way.

Even though many people now use credit or debit cards almost exclusively or shop almost entirely online, there are some who do still carry folding money in a money clip.
