Every time I read or hear about Zippo, I am reminded of my grand father who was a World War II veteran. He died 2 years ago but the memories of him holding his historical Zippo lighter with great pride still lingers in me. He used to tell everyone he met how Zippo lighters were very popular among the veteran war soldiers at the time. Now I wish to start a blog commemorating the big role of Zippo lighters in the world history. Thanks for sharing your insight with us.

I wonder will Zippo enlarge it’s product line from lighters to Cars. Imagine that somebody goes to a car dealer and ask “Gimme a Zippo”.

I never knew there was a Zippo car! I was thinking that this would be a great item to customize with a name and logo, then give it away in a contest in exchange for subscriptions, tweets, etc. about your website. The winner of the Zippo would then be doing advertising for you anytime they used the lighter while in the company of others. Really a win-win situation for everyone.
